You can register your jobs free of charge. You can also set detailed requirements such as required Japanese level and working experience. In addition, if necessary, we will assist you in creating job postings based on your company’s feedback so that you can start recruiting immediately.
1.Registration of company information
Please visit the WAKUWAKU JAPAN (workworkjapan) website and create an account online.
Registration is free of charge.
2.Contact from the secretariat
The secretariat will contact you at the contact address you provided. If you are interested in posting a job, we will send you a job posting form. Once you have filled out the job posting form and returned it to our office, it will be posted on our website within about a week.
3.Support System
After registration, WAKUWAKU JAPAN (workworkjapan) staff will continue to provide support as needed. Please feel free to consult with us about how to effectively use the job information and how to communicate with applicants. (If you request an administrative scrivener to prepare and apply for documents such as immigration procedures, there will be a charge for this service.)

When we receive an application from a job seeker, our staff who are skilled in recruiting foreign nationals will conduct an interview and introduce you to an excellent candidate who meets your requirements.
★Recruitment introductions on a contingency fee basis
WAKUWAKU JAPAN is completely free of charge until a decision is made to hire a candidate. Only when a candidate is selected for employment, an introduction fee will be charged. Please inquire about the referral fee as it varies depending on the type of business and type of industry.
